I understand why the error is presented when you turn these items
P.S IPToCountry.csv is in the folder Settings when these items are disabled, the error disappeared

I have tested this and i dont get this error when these settings are enabled.
Everything is working good here.

Are you sure Kimbo that you have the right Net.Framework installed?
Eximius require Net.Framework 3.0 or higher installed to work properly.

What about a proper error/bug report?
If the hub crash for you very much then you should give the developers some more infos.
1. What did you do when the hub crashed?
2. When the hub crash then a error report should be saved in Folder "Error". You should have a look in this log file and let the developers know the error message.
3. If you dont give these informations then its nearly impossible to reproduce the error and therefore it will be hard for the developers to fix it.

Nobody can smell the problem that you have with the hub and therefore you should give some information if you want this issue to be fixed.

please apgrade command kick becausr it banned only nick-name ....but all good hub-engineS banned nick+ip --- your function !kill BAD!!!! IT BAN for 100 year .... BAD BAD BADDDDDD

we find some bugs...

1. deflood settings do not work.... please fix it... if we do max 5 lines per 7 sec and action - notify hab block all messages ... all deflood settings don't work (((

so..and...you create command kill wich banned ip+nick...for 100 years..it's cool but could you tell me how to kick user with (nick+ip)... because... kill user for 100 years  it's very very long...it's like perm ban)) ... well and last ...could you tel me html page for web  registration.... thank you for eximius

Normally when someone is killed it is permanent. But if you wish to ban an IP for a certain period then use a timeban on IP so you can determine the time limit yourself. You do however need to kick or drop the user when you timeban on IP else he or she will remain in your hub.

Another option is to clear your bans after a certain period.

Concerning the webpages you will have to excuse me, I never used it and I am not sure what you mean.
